After studying pastry at École Ferrandi in Paris, I brought my passion for exceptional desserts to Bulgaria and then California.
I handcraft every cake, tart, pie, and cookie with loving attention to detail, premium ingredients, and a philosophy that quality must match and exceed presentation.
Beautiful desserts should taste as extraordinary as they look.
While trends come and go, my philosophy remains simple: flavor first. And flavor is always downstream from quality.
